AP Accountant

• Posting external and internal accounting documents
• Processing trade invoices, including export and cost invoices
• Reviewing documents for formal and accounting accuracy
• Adhering to instructions and settlement principles
• Initiating and actively participating in projects aimed at improving company processes and efficiency
• Preparing and executing payments
• Analyzing open, unbilled purchase orders and RPO
• Analyzing GRNI and IR account balances
• Regularly reporting the status of unposted invoices
• Supporting other departments in resolving discrepancies
• Ensuring proper and timely completion of period-end closing tasks
• Reconciling subsidiary ledgers (analytical accounts) with the general ledger
