The Role

We are looking for an experienced AP Accountant to join our Accounts Payable team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurate invoice processing, timely payments, and effective communication with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

The main purpose of the job is:

• Process and validate vendor invoices in line with company policies and accounting principles.
• Reconcile vendor accounts and monitor outstanding items.
• Manage invoice workflow and approvals in Basware.
• Communicate with suppliers and business stakeholders regarding invoice status, discrepancies, and resolutions
• Support month-end closing activities and reporting
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives within AP.

What you will need to be successful:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of invoice processing and vendor payments.
• At least 1 year of hands‑on experience with Basware (must-have)
• Practical experience working in SAP (must-have)
• Experience with Epicor is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
• Good command of English (minimum B2 level)
