AP Accountant

In Szczecin, the Business Centre oversees global financial operations, order administration, HR and IT support, marketing and data analysis activities, and many others.

About the Department

The AP department is responsible for processing and booking Coloplast’s liabilities, maintaining vendor master data, verifying vendor invoices, and handling invoice queries.

Current Opportunity

Temporary contract for approximately 18 months, with the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities

• Verifying, processing, and booking vendor purchase order invoices.
• Communicating with third parties regarding invoice questions or discrepancies.
• Participating in projects related to the automation of accounting processes.
• Performing month‑end closing activities, including account reconciliations.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of English.
• Experience or background in accountancy.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business management or a related field (nice but not mandatory).
• Practical experience in Excel.
• Data entry skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop in the accounting area.
• Engagement and effective communication – brief, honest and polite.
