Are you an experienced accounting professional who enjoys working in a dynamic environment? We are looking for an AP Accountant to support key financial processes such as invoice processing, intercompany transactions, and travel expense auditing in Travel & Expense team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the quality and timeliness of processing invoices, travel expense reports, and intercompany transactions (IC)
• Posting PO and non-PO invoices according to Hempel procedures.
• Audit and posting of travel expense reports (Concur, Detect).
• Registration and reconciliation of IC transactions, confirm balances.
• Verifying the correctness of postings (cost centers, units, VAT, employee ID).
• Reconciliation of AP-GL accounts, posting accruals, perform currency revaluations.
• Contacting suppliers, employees, and local teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Supporting internal and external audits.

What We-re Looking For

• You have university degree in Accounting, Finance, or related area
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Payable or similar finance area
• You are fluent in English language (minimun B2 level)
• You present knowledge in using Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, especially Excel)
• You have hands-on experience in D365, AX2009, SAP, SAP Concur or similar
• You are a good problem solver who enjoys collaborating with team
• You can take initiative and ownership in dynamic work environment
