Currently, for our client, we are looking for a skilled Ansible Engineer / DevOps Automation Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated infrastructure solutions using Ansible and complementary DevOps tools.
In this role, you will manage Ansible environments (AWX/AAP), develop and review automation playbooks, support production systems, optimize CI/CD processes, and integrate automation with cloud platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable, scalable, and secure deployments.
Experience level: 4+ years
Office locations: Cracow or Warsaw (presence required 8 days per month)
Work model: Hybrid (2 days in the office, 3 days remote)

responsibilities :
Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure automation using Ansible
Manage and maintain Ansible environments (AWX/AAP), including High Availability setups
Develop and review Ansible playbooks, roles, and modules
Support production systems and monitor performance
Troubleshoot complex technical issues
Optimize CI/CD pipelines
Integrate automation with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Hands-on experience with Ansible administration (AWX or AAP)
Strong expertise in Ansible (playbooks, roles, modules, Ansible Galaxy)
Solid understanding of YAML
Proficiency in Python
Experience with Unix shell scripting / Bash
Good knowledge of Linux and Windows systems
Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub, Nexus)
Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (k8s)
Experience with PostgreSQL
