We are looking for an Ansible Developer to join our Cloud Service Department. Our team currently consists of ten professionals, including Architects and Project Managers, and we are expanding to further enhance our capabilities. responsibilities :
Design, develop, and maintain Ansible playbooks, roles, and modules for cloud infrastructure automation
Automate provisioning, configuration management, and deployment of cloud resources across AWS, Azure, or GCP, any cloud is fine, but Azure ideally
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Ansible, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines
Integrate Ansible with cloud-native services, monitoring tools, and logging frameworks
Collaborate with DevOps, security, and development teams to ensure compliance and best practices
Develop automated solutions for patch management, security hardening, and system updates
Monitor and manage Ansible Tower/AWX for centralized automation execution and reporting
Research and implement new automation techniques to improve cloud infrastructure reliability and performance
requirements-expected :
Very good knowledge of Ansible – ability to create and optimize playbooks, roles, and modules
Previous work with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) – understanding of their services, deployment models, and best practices for automation
Proficiency in Terraform and CI/CD pipelines – the ability to automate infrastructure management using tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, etc.
Experience in automating provisioning, configuration management, and deployment of cloud resources – including integration with Configuration Management Databases (CMDB) and aligning processes with organizational requirements
Expertise in Ansible Tower/AWX – for centralized automation management, reporting, and user access control
Ability to write custom Ansible modules in Python – extending Ansible’s functionality to meet specific automation needs
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams – understanding CI/CD workflows and sprint-based development
Residing in Poland required
