We are looking for an Executive Interviewer, who will join our other Brand and will work as part of a centralized team in cultivating
relationships with senior buy-side professionals and gathering the information that
gives us competitive advantage in the global consulting market.
Principal Responsibilities:
• Arrange and conduct interviews with financial executives at pre-selected
Corporates and Financial institutions.
• Represent Coalition Greenwich to top executives, demonstrating high levels of ability, knowledge and integrity.
• Build and nurture relationships through in-person and telephone interviews.
• Collect data through conversations and questionnaires. Input data into
Greenwich Associates’ EIPM platform.
• Contribute to data quality and universe quality via self-starter research and company networking.
Qualifications/Experience:
Our ideal candidate is seeking to make a substantial difference to the quality of data.
Being a good relationship builder, professional manner and self starter are essential.
Candidates must also have experience in the European markets. Furthermore, the ideal
candidate should possess the following essential (and desired) requirements:
-Experience in the banking or finance sector
-Demonstrates solid business judgment and the ability to think and act
independently
-Able to manage a portfolio and return the desired results within the allotted
timeframe
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Technically capable in Excel and Word
-Outstanding organizational, persuasive, and time-management skills
-Tenacity and perseverance toward study results
-Solution driven and creative thinker
-Excellent phone manner
-Team player
-Business Proficiency in European language (German or French is preferred).
