Navigating the Hiring Process: What does the recruitment process for that position look like?

  1. HR Screening - once we get your CV, we’ll take a look and schedule a brief call. During this conversation, you can learn more about the company and your role. The call is also for us to learn more about you and talk about your expectations. We make sure the conversation is concrete but also very informal and friendly. Duration about 15-30 min.
  2. Technical interview - At this stage, you will meet with one of our experts for a video call to evaluate your technical skills and experience relevant to the role. This may involve discussing real-world challenges or solving a practical task, either during the interview or as a follow-up assignment. If a task is assigned, youll have time to complete it on your own and then discuss it with our expert during a brief follow-up call. The entire process (interview or task + discussion) typically takes around 30-60 minutes.
  3. Meeting with HR and the Manager - The final stage is a remote meeting with an HR representative and the manager of the team you may join. This meeting will last approximately 30 minutes.
