We are looking for a Mid/Senior Android Developer to join the S.H.I.P (Schibsted Health Integrated Product) team, working on shared health services, Wellobe in Sweden and Vektklubb in Norway, trusted by 40k paid subscribers.

We’re a cross-functional, end-to-end team – spanning app, web, backend, UX, business, and marketing – working in close collaboration and with a high degree of autonomy to develop solutions that achieve our goals.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Our offices are located in Kraków, Stockholm and Oslo, we are a distributed team supported by a Hybrid Work model. You’ll be part of an experienced team of motivated, talented mobile and backend developers.
You’ll be mostly working in a team consisting of 1 PM, 1 UX, 1 EM, and 8 developers (2 Android Developers, 2 iOS Developers, 1 Frontend Developer and 3 Backend Developers). Our tech team is located in Kraków, and you will collaborate closely with the Product Manager, UX who are situated in Scandinavia.
responsibilities :
As an Android Developer, you’ll be working on building and improving our apps in the Swedish and Norwegian market. You’ll have a chance to try and explore modern Android development solutions.
requirements-expected :
You have deep expertise in Android and Kotlin (98% of our code is written in Kotlin)
You have experience in Jetpack Compose
You are proficient in architecture patterns (like MVP, MVVM – we use the latter) – and committed to clean code principles
You have experience in dependency injection on Android
You have a solid understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle
You have a focus on code quality
You use GenAI to boost your productivity
You are open, curious, and eager to learn new things
