Skills and Qualities for Success:

Required Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Mathematics, Software Engineering, or a related IT-focused field. A master’s degree or additional certifications would be an advantage.
At least 4 years of experience in developing custom applications for mobile operating systems, with at least 1 year in the healthcare sector.
In-depth knowledge of Android development, particularly with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
Proven experience working with international development teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders, such as project managers, Scrum masters, product owners, business analysts, and infrastructure and security experts.
Strong grasp of development patterns (e.g., MVC, MVVM) and familiarity with frameworks and tools (e.g., Declarative UI, Angular, Xamarin, React).
Desirable Skills:
A well-established network in the healthcare sector and a background in consulting.
Awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies, with the ability to advise healthcare clients on their adoption.
Solid knowledge of healthcare-specific interoperability standards, such as HL7/FHIR, SNOMED, OMOP, and openEHR.
Understanding of system integration in healthcare environments, including software products for Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Clinical Information Systems (CIS), Clinical Data Repositories (CDR), Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), and interoperability
