Our client is urgently looking for an Android Auto Developer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and integrate Android-based applications and services for automotive infotainment systems.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, designers, and product managers, to deliver high-quality infotainment solutions.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of Android Auto applications to ensure reliability and performance.
- Focus on enhancing the user experience by implementing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Ensure all developments comply with automotive industry standards and regulations.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Android Auto systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Java and Kotlin.
- Strong understanding of Android SDK and Android Studio.
- Experience with automotive communication protocols (e.g., CAN, LIN).
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles for automotive applications.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Other desired skills:
- Excellent communication in English language
- German language skill is a massive bonus
Fully remote, however, you may be required to travel occasionally to meet client or attend conferences
