We are seeking an experienced Android AOSP Developer to join our dynamic team engaged in an innovative greenfield project. This initiative commenced six months ago from the MVP phase and currently involves a team of five professionals. The project targets its first official release in 2026, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge developments within the Android Open Source Project environment.
responsibilities :
Develop and maintain Android AOSP components aligned with project requirements and timelines.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members to implement new features and optimize existing solutions.
Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Contribute to the planning and execution of development milestones towards the 2026 release.
Integrate and manage platform-level enhancements including Bluetooth, HAL, OTA, and GMS components when applicable.
requirements-expected :
Minimum of two years of professional experience working on projects involving Android AOSP.
Proven expertise in software development within the Android Open Source Project framework.
Additional experience with Bluetooth technology integration is highly valued.
Familiarity with Hardware Abstraction Layer (HAL), Over-The-Air (OTA) updates, and Google Mobile Services (GMS) is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
