Role Overview Proservartner is seeking 1–2 experienced Anaplan consultants to support a high-impact deployment of financial and workforce planning models across multiple brands. This role will involve building and enhancing models such as the Business Plan, Capex ROI, and other integrated planning solutions. The selected resource(s) will work closely with internal teams to design, implement, and optimize Anaplan models in alignment with business requirements. Key Responsibilities Anaplan Deployment & Model Building Lead the design, development, and deployment of Anaplan models for financial planning, business planning, and workforce planning Build new models such as Business Plan, Capex ROI, and other strategic planning solutions Translate business requirements into technical design, breaking down deliverables and managing timelines Collaborate with stakeholders to collect feedback and ensure the models meet business needs Financial Planning Expertise Model and analyze financial data including P&L, Balance Sheet, and non-financial KPIs Support FP&A processes including budgeting, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis Provide insights and recommendations based on data-driven modeling Solution Architecture & Advisory Proactively shape the overall solution architecture and advise on best practices Adapt to evolving requirements and ad-hoc requests with flexibility and efficiency Ensure model design is scalable, maintainable, and aligned with Anaplan best practices Required Qualifications & Experience Technical Experience Minimum 3 years of end-to-end Anaplan implementation experience, including financial planning, business planning, and workforce planning models Hands-on experience as a Model Builder or Solution Architect Preferred experience with Anaplan Polaris Financial & Business Acumen Strong understanding of FP&A processes and financial data structures Ability to design models reflecting complex business requirements Skilled at translating business needs into technical solutions Skills & Capabilities Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills Ability to take ownership of deliverables and meet deadlines Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proactive and adaptable in a dynamic project environment Engagement Details Contract duration: 6–12 months Location: Remote (EU timezone preferred) Daily Rate: GBP 350–400/day Opportunity to contribute to a high-profile Anaplan deployment project with Proservartner Nasze wymagania Skills & Capabilities •Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills •Ability to take ownership of deliverables and meet deadlines •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills •Proactive and adaptable in a dynamic project environment
