As we drive technological advancements, tackle challenges, and lead in innovation, were looking for an Analytics Engineer to join a project focused on profitability and performance solution.


Work mode: At least one day per week of on-site work in Wrocław


Your responsibilities:

  • Evaluate data and requirements from various industries, clients, and data sources to create customized, high-quality analyses tailored to specific business needs
  • Work alongside a cross-functional team of Analytics Engineers, Business and Technology Experts, and Data Scientists to tackle real-world business challenges
  • Extract deep insights from the data, convert them into technical requirements, and design high-performance analytical solutions
  • Develop clear and engaging data visualizations that turn analysis results into easy-to-read reports and dashboards for effective business decision-making
  • Ensure the accuracy and quality of the analytical solutions and deliver them to generate measurable business value for clients
  • Collaborate with and assist clients and partners in developing new use cases and analytical solutions for different business needs
  • Document solutions, processes, and methodologies to ensure transparency, reproducibility, and clarity for stakeholders

Your profile:

  • At least two years of experience in developing analytical solutions using standard analytics platforms (familiarity with tools like SAC or SAP Datasphere is an advantage)
  • Familiarity with scripting languages and data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or JavaScript is a bonus
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining strict quality standards
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools such as SAP BOBI, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or similar platforms
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking, with a talent for interpreting data and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders, identifying potential challenges, and developing strategies for their resolution
  • Proven ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-based environment, effectively manage multiple tasks, and engage with diverse stakeholders to achieve high-quality results, even in high-pressure environments with changing priorities
  • Fluency in English with excellent oral and written communication skills
  • A university degree in fields such as business analysis, IT, data engineering, data science, statistics, mathematics, or related disciplines is required
