We are seeking a skilled Analytics Engineer to join our team. The person in this role will play a crucial part in transforming data into actionable insights, supporting strategic decision-making processes. This position involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain scalable data solutions.

Engage with stakeholders across business and IT—know what they need, not just what they ask
Understand & integrate complex source systems across different countries
Prepare & execute the transition to a future-proof DWH
Design & build robust, high-quality data pipelines
Ensure data quality and consistency across various sources and platforms.
requirements-expected :
Team player who knows how to cooperate with different stakeholders.
High degree of independence & ownership.
Business-focused—understands the “why” behind the data.
Proactive monitoring of data pipelines (we should detect issues before users do).
Strong SQL & data modeling experience (Kimball / Data Vault).
Clear communicator—both technical and business language (English), Dutch speaking is a big plus.
