Key Responsibilities

• Perform analyses using High‑Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) following established protocols for proteins
• Prepare samples and reagents for analysis
• Accurately record analysis results and prepare reports
• Conduct transfers and validations of methods, including the preparation of related documentation
• Collaborate closely with the biology team to interpret data and develop analysis strategies, and communicate with clients
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment

Qualifications

• University degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related field
• Preferably 3 years of laboratory experience
• Experience in chromatography techniques (HPLC, UHPLC)
• Experience in physicochemical analyses is a must
• Fluency in English (at least B2) and communicative Polish
• Knowledge of protein chemistry is a significant advantage
• Strong willingness to learn and continuously update professional knowledge
• Effective communication skills, written and verbal
• Good teamwork skills
