Ryvu Therapeutics is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing novel small molecule therapies targeting high-value emerging mechanisms in precision oncology. Our pipeline includes candidates focused on Antibody-Drug Conjugates, synthetic lethality, and immuno-oncology.

We are currently seeking a motivated, proactive and detail-oriented Analytical Laboratory Specialist to join our Chemistry Department. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic R&D environment and contribute to innovative drug discovery programs where scientific rigor, innovation, and continuous learning are valued.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and advanced analyses of reaction mixtures and final compounds, including sample preparation, data interpretation, and report writing
  • Support purification processes using chromatographic techniques (HPLC, prep-HPLC, Flash chromatography, LC-MS)
  • Assist in the development, verification, and validation of analytical methods
  • Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and chromatographic systems to ensure optimal performance
  • Ensure accurate documentation of laboratory work in accordance with company guidelines
  • Prepare, review, and verify laboratory documentation including test methods, procedures, and instructions
  • Comply with occupational health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project goals
  • Monitor and manage inventory of chemicals, reagents, and consumables in the analytical lab.

YOUR BACKGROUND

  • University degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related field with specialization in Analytical Chemistry
  • Hands‑on experience up to 3 years in laboratory work: internships, academic projects, or industry experience
  • Experience in a similar position will be an asset
  • Knowledge of chromatographic techniques and analytical instrumentation
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges in a fast‑paced environment
  • English proficiency at B2 level, enabling fluent reading of scientific literature, report writing, and easy communication
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Results‑oriented mindsetCommitment and independence in work
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
