For our client, one of the biggest insurance companies, we are looking for Analyst with Dutch language. 

Responsibilities:

• Update and maintain internal databases and HR systems, including managing absence records and integrating employee data, as well as uploading relevant documentation.
• Collaborate with Dutch-speaking clients to ensure effective communication and service.
• Prepare and review HR and payroll documents for clients or external partners to ensure accuracy.
• Respond to general HR inquiries and address specific questions from employees.
• Provide assistance and support to users of the Workday system.

What you have to posess, to apply:

• Excellent Dutch and English skills (min. B2 level).
• Great MS Office skills.
• Close attention to the detail, strong analytical skills and well-organised workflow. 
• Proclient behaviour.

Great to have:

• Knowledge of ServiceNow and Workday.
• Experience in HR data.
