Your responsibilities:

1. Working in a fusion of sub-functions: Invoicing, Collections and Cash Application.
2. Interpreting customer data, binders/slips and analyzing policy terms and premium.
3. Ensuring timely collections of receivables and recognition of cash.
4. Performing audits and quality checks on applied cash transactions, Billing & Collections.
5. Preparation and review of various reports periodically.
6. Reconciliation of accounts & premiums.
7. Imparting knowledge as part-time process trainer.
8. Working with different stakeholders on ad-hoc projects and tool development.
9. Ensuring onshore communication is clear & precise for quicker resolution of queries.

Requirements:

1. Very good English skills.
2. Good knowledge of French or German.
3. Analytical thinking, numeracy and problem-solving skills are critical.
4. Previous experience in finance/credit control.
5. Ability to question the status quo and openness to new challenges.
6. Excellent communication skills.
7. Previous experience in the insurance industry would be an asset.
8. Good Excel skills.
9. A positive attitude and sense of humor are a must.
