Analyst, Supply Planning - Energizer Holdings

Position Summary
As a Supply Planning Analyst for Energizer’s product category, you’ll be responsible for planning finished goods, managing a portfolio of products from forecast to shipping, and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting company Case Fill Rate and Inventory objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage delivery schedule with internal and external suppliers to ensure supply and on‑time delivery.
- Manage slow moving and obsolete materials (SLOBs) with commercial and demand planning to sell and manage discontinued products.
- Monthly report inventory data, case fill rate, slow moving and obsolete materials, disposition of hold product, finished goods at risk, and transition to new or updated products.
- Review SAP MRP and SAP IBP supply‑demand requirements and make decisions on replenishment quantities and timing to optimize inventory.
- Handle multiple SKUs and suppliers.
- Establish and manage relationships with Procurement, Customer Service, Demand Planning, PCOE, and Marketing to coordinate production timing and shipments to distribution warehouses.
- Identify and expedite finished goods to account for changes in plan to ensure high customer service levels.
- Manage inventory levels for assigned product families to ensure high turnover performance.
- Identify slow moving materials and proactively manage to reduce inventory.
- Proactively work with suppliers to improve supply planning parameters, service level, inventory, and responsiveness.
Qualifications
- University degree (ideally in Supply Chain/Logistics).
- 1‑3 years of professional supply chain planning and analysis experience.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and technical skills.
- ERP/MRP experience required (SAP/SAP IBP preferred).
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office platform to analyze situations and identify risks and mitigation plans.
- Clear and concise communication with internal and external partners.
- Team player with strong initiative and ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
