Driving digital change in challenging transformation and implementation projects at large banks by implementing technology innovations such as RPA, cloud, or AI in terms of design and management.
Designing strategic architectures for financial service companies, including planning of their implementation and their respective data provision.
Managing the development of crypto securities custody systems at FinTechs, core banking systems, compliance systems, or information security requirements.
Developing the application landscapes of national and international financial service providers.
Crafting IT Target Operating Models as part of the bank’s IT strategy and development initiatives.
Developing efficient target operations processes to ensure sound bank IT.
You analyze client requirements and conceptualize IT systems and their operations. You prepare the results in a management-oriented way.
You contribute to our market studies (e.g. Agile Readiness Study), publish your own articles and white papers on topics driving the market. You also support recruiting and our university marketing.
With increasing experience, you will take on more responsibility, present work results to our customers, manage project streams, lead projects, and become increasingly involved in business development activities.
Your skills
Master’s degree in business administration or comparable academic background.
University degree in computer sciences, business informatics (Master’s or PhD), or comparable academic background in the MINT area. Alternatively, as an Analyst, you hold a B.Sc and target the Master in parallel to your professional career.
You already have some first experience with IT architecture in financial services or have worked in an IT consultancy.
You do not need to google terms CBS, BDM, PowerBI, Data Lineage, or Azure.
You have knowledge in respective development environments/languages like Java, Python, Power BI, or similar; as well as of IT concepts like Cloud Computing, data science, or IT Architecture.
In addition to your mother tongue, you speak fluently English and German. French is an advantage.
