Reporting to the Manager of Network Services, the Analyst - Network Services will be responsible for working with the lead analyst in operational and compliance tasks, quarterly reviews of our environments to ensure reliability in documentation, as well as the day-to-day tasks below.

Your Day To Day

1. Working with vendors and project management in disconnecting or implementing network circuits.
2. Working with invoice approvals and maintaining accurate documentation.
3. Assisting in writing or auditing Network Process and Control documentation.
4. Assisting the team in completing Westinghouse Self Assessment Testing when it comes to Network compliance.
5. Successfully completing projects, tasks, and initiatives by embracing a team-first approach. Works in collaboration with team and offers feedback, where appropriate, to complete individual and group efforts.
6. Management of small enhancement projects.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to pay attention to detail.
8. Ability to communicate information and ideas both verbally and in a written format.
9. Assisting the Principal Analyst or Network Services Manager in any other day-to-day activities that get prioritized.

Who You Are

1. Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related experience.
2. Understanding at a high level of network switching, routing, and wireless including IP addressing, subnetting, VLANs, and routing protocols.
3. Experience in managing small projects.
4. 3+ years’ experience in hands-on support and troubleshooting of networks.
5. Experience in the following systems is preferred: Cisco routers and switches, Arista switches and Cloud Vision Portal, Nexus switches, Python, SolarWinds network configuration manager (NCM), Aruba Clear Pass Policy Manager, Cisco Prime/DNA, Cisco/Arista Wireless, Cisco SDWAN.
