Location: Warsaw, Mazowieckie, Poland

Salary: PLN179,342.00 – PLN216,673.00

Responsibilities

• Participation in projects related to financing organization, financial restructuring, development of financing concept and structure, and profitability analysis.
• Participation in the preparation of financial and economic analyses (e.g., business plans, private investor and creditor tests, project investment profitability analyses).
• Preparation of documentation for financing acquisition processes and other reports (information memorandum, analyses, presentations, term sheet).

Qualifications

• Approx. 1 year of experience in a leading advisory firm providing similar services in Corporate Finance/Transactional Services/Valuation or in banking, working as a credit analyst or financing structuring analyst.
• Knowledge/experience in constructing financial forecasts and building financial models.
• MBA/Finance/Management education.
• Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel with basic VBA, Word and PowerPoint.
• Advanced analytical skills.
• Knowledge of financial statement analysis, financial indicators and assessment of investment project profitability.
• Strong English language skills.
• Attention to detail, high quality work and preparation of deliverables.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Additional advantage: CFA.
