Your Opportunity
You will be a crucial part in ensuring we deliver best‑in‑class service when it comes to purchasing and paying. In this role you will get to work with different people around the globe, providing you an opportunity to develop insight into other cultures while working in a familiar environment.
About You
You are a passionate individual and willing to continue growing within Bacardi. Your previous experience within operational procurement or accounts payable will help you succeed. Your strong communication skills will enable you to interact with a multitude of organizational levels, typically from individual contributors to directors. Your analytical skills will be key to assist your stakeholders and continuously improve existing processes.
Responsibilities
- Coordination of the daily work for the team.
- Control the backlog of requests.
- PTP KPI analysis.
- Daily contact with other functions in PTP to monitor End‑to‑End PTP process.
- Drive process efficiencies.
- Perform quality audits for the team.
- Attend corporate and BES trainings.
- Develop training materials for the team.
- Coordinate with IT to resolve issues related to the system.
- Support the team with questions related to the system and the processes.
- Support with process controls, internal and external audit.
- Proactiveness in providing solutions to the business.
- Taking ownership of ideas & questions received.

- Experience in AP with high knowledge in SAP.
- Ability to prioritize daily work.
- Works well in a team environment.
- Proof of experience in process improvement.
