• Developing innovative processes for clients in both electronic and traditional banking.
  
  
• Collaborating with various bank departments to analyze requirements and support users in defining business needs.
  
  
• Creating functional and system solution concepts after gaining a thorough understanding of project requirements.
  
  
• Designing processes, user interface mockups, and modeling business rules.
  
  
• Participating in the technical design of solutions, including module integration (SOA).
  
  
• Addressing security and performance aspects of enterprise-class solutions in a banking environment.
  
  
• Supporting users during testing phases and coordinating solution deployment.
  
  
• Ensuring continuous development of solutions and system architecture (in-house development).
  
  
• Working within agile methodologies (SCRUM, Agile PM).
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a System Analyst or Product Owner, preferably in the financial sector or electronic channels.
  
  
• Proven ability to analyze client needs and functional requirements, supported by project experience.
  
  
• Familiarity with integration concepts (SOA, Web Services, REST) and tools like SOAP UI or Postman.
  
  
• Experience in designing microservice-based solutions and documenting REST services with Swagger/YAML.
  
  
• Proficiency in IT system modeling and using UML/BPMN.
  
  
• Good organizational skills with the ability to plan tasks within projects.
  
  
• Experience coordinating interdependent teams within a project.
  
  
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one CASE tool (preferably Enterprise Architect).
  
  

Nice to have:

• Practical knowledge of user story mapping and event storming.
  
  
• Understanding of distributed IT system architecture.
  
  
• Familiarity with modern design patterns.
  
  
• Experience with OpenAPI for defining and reading services.
  
  
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles.
  
  
• Certifications in project management with practical application skills.
  
  
• Work in multilingual, multinational and multicultural environment on international projects.
