Who we are looking for

We are looking for an exceptional individual who is willing to participate in interesting Valuation & Modeling projects for Polish financial institutions, and companies from other various industries. To be successful in this role you should:

1. Be a student (min. 4th year) of majors in the area of finance, economics and mathematics (or related fields),
2. Have knowledge of valuation methods (DCF and multiples), financial statements and accounting principles,
3. Have a common understanding of the financial institutions market in Poland (especially banks and insurers) together with an understanding of its core business models,
4. A strong command of spoken and written English and Polish,
5. Advanced knowledge of MS Office based tools,
6. Analytical skills (knowledge of VBA or SQL would be an advantage),
7. CFA/ACCA Certification completed or in process would be an asset,
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Your future role

As a Professional in our team, you will be a part of a team preparing advanced business models and valuations for a wide range of purposes including M&A transactions, debt financing or restructuring. You will be able to cooperate with both Polish and multinational financial institutions.

You will take an active part in the whole process related to Valuation & Modeling projects. That will include:

1. Supporting senior staff in valuation & modeling projects,
2. Taking responsibility for effective project delivery,
3. Preparation of advanced financial models, valuations and conducting financial market research,
4. Compliance with risk procedure,
5. Taking part in other activities as appropriate to complete the project.
