Mercer is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Warsaw office:

As a Global Project Analyst on Mercers Advisory, Knowledge, and Insight (AKI) team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful execution of strategic projects and initiatives.

We will count on you to:
Prepare/clean data from client surveys
Analyze data to identify themes, trends, and patterns
Visualize data in simple, at-a-glance formats
Prepare and/or edit presentations in PowerPoint
Prepare project reports and dashboards
Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items
Conduct peer review / quality checks to ensure standards are being met
Assist project managers in scheduling meetings and managing project documentation
Participate in project meetings, contributing insights and suggestions for continuous improvement
What you need to have:
Minimum 2 years of successfully contributing in a business environment
Intermediate Excel skills, including vlookup, pivot tables, macros, etc
An eye for design and ability to create visually appealing PowerPoint decks
Demonstrated ability to effectively handle multiple priorities simultaneously (and even enjoy it!)
Strong organizational skills - both for yourself and for others
Proactive mindset and ability to problem solve
Fluency in business English, both written & verbal
Comfort with large/complex data sets and experience with statistical analyses

Experience with data analysis automation using SQL, Python, and R
Interest in experimenting with Generative AI (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, etc)
Interest in the HR space / pursuing a career in HR
