The project focuses on analyzing mainframe applications and their integration with other technologies in a banking environment. The candidate will be responsible for system analysis, documenting required changes, and supporting the development of policies and procedures related to mainframe systems. The role involves working in an international environment following the SAFe/Agile methodology.

Your responsibilities

• Analyze mainframe applications and identify necessary changes.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate mainframe systems with other technologies.
• Develop and maintain system documentation using BPMN and UML.
• Work within the SAFe methodology framework.
• Support the development of mainframe-related policies and procedures.

Our requirements

• More than 3 years of experience in mainframe engineering.
• Experience as a Business Systems Analyst, including creating User Stories, System Requirements, Data Mapping/Analysis/Modeling, and Requirements Elicitation (IREB/Babok).
• Strong expertise in executing database queries and understanding data flow, ERD, and business logic.
• Proficiency in BPMN and UML (Component Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, Use Case Diagrams, ERDs).
• Experience with tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and business analysis best practices.
