Detailed description of work task to be carried out

We are looking for two consultants for 2025 to support us with mapping of contractual agreements to ICT applications and building a tool for data collection and maintenance of the tool.

This task requires cooperation with different units and collection of data from many sources (Mega Hopex Helix, Technopedia, Ariba, B&P). It also requires interactions with application providers and Group Architecture to confirm if the application is supported internally or by a third-party vendor.

Description of knowledge and experience

• A strong understanding of ICT contracts, application life cycle ITIL, and detailed software domain is essential.
• Knowledge of various ICT contract types, terms, and conditions, as well as the ability to interpret and apply these in different scenarios of applications we are using in the Bank.
• Technical skills are also key.
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for mapping applications is necessary.
• This includes, but is not limited to, data management systems, mapping software, and any specific applications we use within our organization.
• The ability to integrate these tools seamlessly with contract management systems will be highly beneficial.
• Attention to detail is another critical competence. Ensuring that all aspects of the contract are accurately reflected in the application mapping process is vital to avoid any discrepancies or misunderstandings down the line.
• Strong communication and project management skills are essential.
• Coordinating with various stakeholders, including components of ICT software areas.
• In general, this is not only data analysis or data mining. We need strong resources with analytical and strategic competencies.
