Job Description - Analyst – Policy Management with French (22000004)

What will your essential responsibilities include?

1. Accurate and timely entry of insurance data into AXA XL’s systems and databases through interpretation of insurance contracts and associated correspondence.
2. Analysis and presentation of insurance contract financial data.
3. Production of monitoring reports and prompt handling of exception items.
4. Prompt and accurate resolution of data quality issues.
5. Production of insurance documentation (quotations, certificates, endorsements).
6. Clearance and sanctions checking.
7. Electronic filing of documents.
8. Undertaking any other duties that the company may reasonably request to be performed.

You will report to the local Assistant Manager.

We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:

1. University degree or relevant experience.
2. Fluency in English and French (both spoken and written) is a must (at least B2 level).
3. Proven experience on similar role (related to data administration & analysis).
4. Computer literate including Microsoft Office Package.
5. Inquisitive mind with analytical thinking skills.
6. Good organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
7. Excellent people skills; communicative and open to new challenges.
