We are seeking a Middle Office Analyst (Mid/Senior) to be a critical link between our Trading Desk and the broader operational ecosystem. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth, accurate, and timely lifecycle of all securities and cash transactions. If you are an effective communicator who excels at trade monitoring, issue investigation, and settlement oversight, we want to hear from you!

Operational Support:

  • Executing and overseeing Middle Office processes for investment funds, including settlement of institutional client instructions and resolving trade inconsistencies across platforms.

Transaction Management:

  • Managing the accurate sending and monitoring of settlement and payment instructions to custodian banks.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Building and maintaining strong, professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., Oversight teams) and actively participating in business development and project initiatives.

Service Quality & Compliance:

  • Ensuring the high quality and continuity of services delivered, maintaining compliance with all local/global regulations, and satisfying audit requirements.

Risk & Issue Management:

  • Proactively managing operational risks, maintaining adequate procedures and controls, and ensuring timely escalation of all potential issues.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Driving process ownership, seeking out and implementing new solutions, and leading change/improvement projects on a team or department level.

Team Support & Development:

  • Supporting colleagues in problem-solving and training new team members, ensuring smooth service continuity.

What we expect:

  • Professional English
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial sector, including capital markets
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office
  • Effective verbal, written, communication and analytical skills
  • Effective Time Management - ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines when working under pressure; ability to work independently and in teams
  • Project management skills would be beneficial, experience in projects participation required.
  • SWIFT knowledge would be beneficial
  • University degree in finance/banking would be beneficial
