Profile: Analyst / Tester

Project Overview

We are looking for an experienced Analyst / Tester to support the development and optimization of the SAS CI360 platform, particularly in its integration with a mobile application and web components. The role combines analytical, testing, and problem-solving responsibilities within a dynamic IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop recommendations for the configuration of the SAS CI360 solution, especially in relation to mobile application integration.
• Analyze causes and conduct Proof of Concepts (PoC) for eliminating flickering issues.
• Enhance and secure the CI360 setup to prevent data event loss on web pages.
• Perform testing of proposed solutions and document results.
• Provide ongoing user support, including issue resolution and incident analysis.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors to analyze and solve technical issues.
• Support end users in identifying and reporting incidents according to established communication and escalation processes.

Requirements (Must Have)

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset.
• Experience in test automation and test analysis for CRM systems and web applications.
• Working knowledge of Kafka and SDK-based integrations.
• Proficiency in SQL and database analysis.
• Solid understanding of SAS 9.4, SAS CI360, and SAS Viya platforms.
• Experience with process automation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and technologies (Bitbucket, Bamboo, Liquibase, JIRA).
• Ability to provide services from within Poland.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with hybrid work setups (minimum 1 day per week onsite in Warsaw).
• Exposure to marketing automation or data-driven CRM systems.
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional IT environments.
