System Analyst – Jit Team (Warsaw)

Salary: 800‑1100 PLN/day (B2B) – Full‑time

Working model: Hybrid – minimum one day twice a week at our Warsaw office.

Project Overview

Develop a new mobile banking application from scratch – analytics, design, testing, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Model and analyze business processes and requirements.
• Document analysis and technical specifications.
• Oversee project deliverables and verify solution alignment.
• Prepare test plans, design and validate test scenarios.
• Support internal tests of built solutions.
• Assist Helpdesk in analyzing complex incidents.
• Engage external software vendors and present solutions to stakeholders.

Required Competencies

• Higher education in IT or engineering.
• Minimum 8 years as a business‑system analyst (requirements gathering, functional & non‑functional specifications).
• Proven success in mobile application projects.
• Strong teamwork, creativity, and organized work.
• Analytical thinking, problem solving and pressure management.
• Technical and training documentation skills.
• Experience with cross‑functional teams and communication with developers, designers, product managers.

Preferred Skills

• Flutter, Firebase experience.
• SQL expertise (MS SQL Server or Oracle).
• UML, BPMN, CASE tools (Enterprise Architect).
• User Stories and Use Cases.
• Financial, insurance or compliance knowledge.
• Architecture design including security and performance.
• English for documentation and supply communication.
