Responsibilities

• Propose to business users optimizations of applications, considering business, technical, and security requirements.
• Verify feasibility of business requirements and translate them into detailed system specifications.
• Analyze and validate business and system requirements; create system documentation for implemented changes.
• Support the acceptance testing process and ensure the quality of change requests submitted by suppliers.
• Assist in preparing IT project budgets through requirement analysis, grouping, and effort estimation.
• Collaborate on building and evolving IT architecture that meets current and future business needs.
• Propose changes aimed at increasing process efficiency within the department and across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience preparing functional specifications.
• Excellent Confluence skills.
• Strong knowledge of graphic tools such as Figma.
• Higher education, preferably in technical fields.
• Intermediate English (B2).
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Knowledge of system documentation standards, UML, and BPMN.
• Experience with design patterns, algorithms, and data structures.
• Experience using Enterprise Architect.
• Client orientation and teamwork ability.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
