We are looking for: 
Position: Data Warehouse Analyst
Location: Hybrid from Wrocław
Job type: B2B (with Hays Poland)

• Comprehensive identification of business needs at the system user level
• System and business analysis of data sources, requirements specification, data profiling, data modeling
• Defining and specifying functional and non-functional requirements within the data warehouse domain
• Data warehouse design
• Creating analytical and design documentation
• System analysis in the area of data warehouses, analytical and reporting databases
• Ensuring compliance of the developed system with business requirements

• Are communicative and easily build relationships, with experience in client collaboration
• Have strong analytical thinking skills
• Have at least 1 year of hands-on experience working with data (e.g., in a data warehouse, BI, or business data usage)
• Have experience with relational databases and SQL
• Can model data effectively
• Are familiar with methodologies for building IT systems and software engineering
• Hold a university degree in banking, IT, mathematics, or a related field
• Are highly self-disciplined, well-organized, and motivated
• Speak English at a good level (B2 or higher), both written and spoken

• Experience in the financial industry
• Experience with data modeling tools (e.g., Enterprise Architect, IBM Data Architect)
• Experience with ETL tools (e.g., Ab Initio, IBM Infosphere DataStage)
