Analyse, model, and document business processes using BPMN and UML notations.
Gather, elicit, and validate business requirements and user stories through workshops, structured/unstructured interviews, and market research.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly understood, prioritised, and aligned with business objectives.
Prepare, maintain, and manage analytical, technical, and project documentation throughout the solution lifecycle.
Support the design, implementation, and deployment of ICT solutions, including systems enabling content production and multi-level hierarchical reporting.
Facilitate and manage workshops, meetings, and review sessions to drive process improvements and solution alignment.
Conduct value stream mapping and lead initiatives to improve or redesign business processes.
Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and business units to ensure successful project delivery.
Provide analytical support in decision-making, problem resolution, and solution optimisation.
Ensure compliance with relevant standards, methodologies, and best practices in business analysis and process modelling.

Has gone through the complete lifecycle of a software solution at least once.
Knowledge of business process modelling using BPMN notation.
Knowledge of requirements/user story elicitation and analysis.
Knows analysis/modelling notations such as UML (capability diagram, activity diagram, state diagram, logical data model, etc.).
Proficient in using modelling tools such as Sparx Enterprise Architect, ARIS Architect, or others.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Ability to create and maintain analytical and project documentation effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Bachelor’s or Engineer degree in an IT-related field.
Experience as a Business Analyst in projects aimed at value stream mapping, business process improvement, or redesign.
Experience as a Business Analyst in projects involving the analysis, design, implementation, and deployment of ICT solutions enabling (1) content production or (2) multi-level hierarchical reporting.
Expert in organising and managing workshops, with experience and knowledge in preparing and conducting structured/unstructured interviews (including designing questionnaires).
Experience in preparing and conducting market studies/research.
At least two certifications among:
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent
Certified UML Professional certificate at foundation level, BPMN 2 Fundamentals, or equivalent
Other internationally recognised certifications (subject to acceptance as a valid credential by the Contracting Authority)
English language certificate, level C1
