Business Analysts are responsible for researching operations and business processes with a view to providing recommendations supported by informative analysis. They then ensure their backlog of

requirements and analysis feed into Projects and Programmes successfully.

Required skills:

• Exceptional understanding of Data, in particular data storage controls is essential
• Excellent knowledge of financial institutions, in particular Data Movement
• Strong process analysis & mapping skills with proven success within large and complex global projects in a change environment is paramount. Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analyst role
• Strong MS Excel skillset / experience, including understanding of standard formulas including Vertical & Horizontal Lookups, IF statements, and also pivot tables / charts
• Strong stakeholder management experience from Exco level to analysts, specialising in impactful communication across different markets and business lines
• Experience in applying Agile methodology in project and product development
