We are looking for an experienced Business–System Analyst to join the team of our client from the banking sector and support the development of modern IT solutions.

Scope of responsibilities:

• Analyzing and documenting business and system requirements
• Breaking down requirements into stages that enable agile and incremental implementation
• Collaborating with the Product Owner, BPO, and development team
• Defining priorities and MVP scope
• Modeling business processes and data flows (UML/BPMN)
• Consulting implementation approaches with the team and seeking process optimizations
• Ensuring the quality and consistency of analytical documentation
• Participating in project meetings and supporting the team during implementation

Experience required

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business–system analysis
• Ability to gather and define both functional and non-functional requirements
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Enterprise Architect, Remedy
• Ability to work with UML and BPMN notations
• Knowledge of databases, service communication, microservices, API Gateway, JSON, XML, XSD, SQL
• Basic understanding of Java, HTML, and SQL
• Strong collaboration skills with both technical teams and business stakeholders

Nice to have:

• Experience with tools such as Camunda, GitLab, Figma, SoapUI, Jenkins, SVN
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture (e.g. Kafka)
• Experience in application log analysis and collaboration with Java/UX teams
