Offer Description
Candidates entering the contest should submit the following documents:- Application addressed to the Rector of Białystok University of Technology for employment as an assistant professor in the research and teaching group.
- Personal questionnaire concerning the processing of personal data (template available on the university website).
- Document confirming the award of a doctoral degree (discipline: economics and finance).
- Summary of professional achievements regarding scientific, teaching, and organisational achievements in economics and finance.
- Declaration of compliance with kontaktannonser specified in Articles 113 and 116 of the Act, § 65, sec. 1, and § 66‑68 of the Statute of the Białystok University of Technology.
- Document confirming knowledge of a foreign language at least at B2 level; for foreign candidates, knowledge of Polish sufficient to prepare and conduct classes.
- Other relevant documents, materials, or information (e.g., documented teaching experience, proof of at least one year of professional experience outside the university in banking or financial management).

- Undertakes to submit a declaration of inclusion among the staff conducting research in the discipline of management and quality science and a declaration of representing that discipline.
Additional Information
Selection process: Documents must be submitted by 16 February 2026 to the Office of the Faculty of Management Engineering. The university reserves the right to cancel the competition without providing a reason. The competition result does not constitute employment. The final decision on employment is made by the Rector of Białystok University of Technology.
