As an AMS Consultant, you will be responsible for providing functional and strategic support for our client’s Workday technology by delivering innovative ideas and effective solutions.

We are seeking an experienced Certified Financial or HCM Report Writer Consultant for our AMS Team. If you are passionate about Workday technology, assisting clients, and all the challenges that go with being a consultant, you will want to be a part of our team.

KEY EXPECTATIONS

1. Workday certification in Financials Core, Practical, or Advanced Reporting.
2. Provide Workday technical consulting services by acting as subject matter expert in all aspects of reporting.
3. Build and maintain excellent rapport with clients, providing functional and strategic support to maximize their Workday deployment.
4. Manage multiple cases or projects, assess competing priorities, provide regular status reports to project managers, and ensure adherence to timelines, hours budgeted, and goals.
5. Lead or coach others in gathering and documenting client business requirements, designing and configuring Workday solutions, demonstrating configurations, and assisting in testing.
6. Analyze and resolve client issues, recommend solutions, and ensure client satisfaction.
7. Mentor new consultants, share expertise, and collaborate effectively on team-based projects. Foster a culture of continuous education.
8. Suggest new approaches and tools to deploy Workday efficiently and effectively, staying updated with Workday certifications and qualifications.
9. Experience in Prism Analytics preferred but not required.

Required Skills

1. Current Workday Reporting Certification.
2. 2+ years of Workday configuration and implementation experience, with prior consulting experience in Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, or similar applications.
3. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
4. Team player who can collaborate and communicate effectively.
5. Quick learner, motivated to understand various technologies used in the Workday ecosystem.
6. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, Economics, or Computer Science. MBA is a plus.
7. High proficiency with MS Excel, ASAP Utilities, MS Office Suite.
8. Understanding of data modeling concepts with an ability to manipulate data using software tools such as Excel, Tableau, or SQL.
9. Adaptable, agile, and quick to adjust to customer needs.
10. Experience defining the object model of a complex business system by mapping its components.
11. Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
12. Ability to effectively manage against timelines and goals.
13. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
14. Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities.
