Conducting the validation of AML and other financial crime-related models.
Performing qualitative and quantitative analyses, identifying weaknesses, and proposing solutions to enhance model quality.
Developing and enhancing tools and processes for model validation, including writing R packages and using Git for version control and repository management.
Preparing automated reports in R Markdown, utilizing Plotly for dynamic data visualizations.
Presenting validation findings in a structured and insightful manner to internal committees and key stakeholders.
Collaborating with departments responsible for model development and management across different countries.
requirements-expected :
MSc or PhD in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Quantitative Finance/Economics, or similar.
At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, data science, or model development/validation.
Strong programming skills in Python, R, or another data-oriented language (e.g. C++).
Solid foundation in statistics, machine learning, and quantitative methods.
Experience with data modeling, visualization, and database querying (SQL).
Familiarity with tools such as Collibra, cloud platforms, and data governance frameworks is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
