Manage a team of 8-10 members (AML/KYC Specialists).
Provide technical and specialist support to the Team.
Conduct annual performance appraisals and provide regular feedback to direct reports based on their goal.
Analysis and verification of documents related to customer identification (KYC).
Conducting research to identify potential financial crime and money laundering (AML) risks.
Monitoring customer transactions and activities.
Creating reports.
Work closely with regulatory authorities and internal teams to ensure compliance with procedures.
Employer requirements
Higher education, preferably in the finance, banking, or a related area.
Experience in the AML/KYC/Transaction Monitoring area.
Min. 1 year of experience as a team leader/supervisor/manager.
Analytical thinking skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Very good command of English (minimum B2+ level).
Time management skills.
