Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Remove impediments and blockers to ensure smooth progress of the Scrum team.
Support project planning, organize and prioritize the work.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and always remain in line with company standards and guidelines.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and management.
Maintain project documentation and ensure it is up-to-date and accessible.
Help team members with EUC (End User Computing) area to make sure inventory is complete and properly maintained.
requirements-expected :
Proficiency in using Agile project management tools, particularly Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence)
Previous experience of work with projects: Agile / SCRUM (preferred)
Fluent English
Very good communication skills with various stakeholders (communication tailored to the partner)
Proven experience in facilitating Scrum ceremonies is a plus.
Certification in Scrum (CSM, PSM) or Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
