In this role, you will support client onboarding and ongoing due diligence by preparing and maintaining client profiles, conducting real-time checks, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review client profiles for new and existing clients, ensuring timely periodic updates.
• Perform due diligence during onboarding in line with internal policies and regulatory standards.
• Conduct research and compile client background reports using online tools and independent sources.
• Collaborate with relationship managers and internal stakeholders to obtain required documentation.
• Amend and update existing client records when necessary.
• Perform real-time checks and verify beneficial owners and corporate structures using relevant databases.
• Handle administrative tasks related to onboarding and profile maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience in trading, brokerage, fraud prevention, or a legal/compliance environment preferred.
• Relevant local or regional licenses/certifications as required by regulation.
• Strong analytical and research skills with high attention to detail.
• Knowledge of KYC/AML processes, CDD/EDD requirements, and ongoing monitoring.
• Experience using screening tools and databases (e.g., sanctions, PEP, adverse media).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with the ability to meet deadlines.
