AMD Public - Regional Operations Support Analyst - Warsaw

Location: Warsaw, Mazowieckie, Poland

YOUR IMPACT / ROLE BACKGROUND:

The role offers a unique opportunity to develop your career in Goldman Sachs TFI S.A. – a top investment fund corporation in the Polish market. You will be a member of the Operations Division providing a wide range of investment and funds’ client operations services, as well as liaising with Transfer Agents, funds distributors, and professional customers of DC pension programs. As Operations Support Analyst, you will be working locally in Warsaw office of Goldman Sachs TFI S.A. reporting directly to the manager located in the Outsourced Operations Control Department.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Daily cooperation with the transfer agent, distributors, and institutional clients in the area of operational processes related to settlements of investors transactions (mutual funds and pension programs – PPE/PPK).
  2. Verification, coordination, and processing of funds’ investors dispositions and claims.
  3. Reporting related to the scope of responsibility to internal and external customers.
  4. Implementation of operational and business projects in collaboration with other team members and departments.
  5. Implementation of market and capital group standards in terms of compliance with the guidelines of the investment fund market regulator.
  6. Definition, modification, and verification of internal procedures.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  1. Knowledge of the principles of operation of the investment fund environment; knowledge and experience in DC pension products (PPE/PPK) will be a significant advantage.
  2. Degree holder majoring in Finance, Economy, or a similar discipline.
  3. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in a financial institution in the Polish market.
  4. High professional ethics.
  5. Dynamic performance and excellent organization of own work.
  6. Good communication skills, high personal culture.
  7. Independence in action and ability to work in a team.
  8. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  9. Professional in Polish language is a must; advanced Business English (written and spoken).
  10. Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
