Who we are looking for
A professional who will join State Street IMS team which is responsible for outsourcing service provision through leading-edge technology and services for its clients. The candidate will be expected to manage the day-to-day Front Office operations - resolving complex client queries and cooperate with other teams to make sure all the asks are replied correctly and in a timely manner. The candidate is also expected to provide support in any new client onboardings making sure it is aligned to our target operating model - that includes technical and managerial involvement throughout all the phases BUAT, CUAT, conversions, go-live and hypercare. The role includes teams work coordination (not people management per se) and onsite client support business trips.
