ING Hubs Poland is hiring for an ALM Business Analyst focused on QRM within an international ALM project team.

Your Responsibilities

• monthly coordination of User Acceptance Tests with multiple complex changes being tested
• executing and interpreting impact analysis for IRRBB figures after a change
• internal stakeholder management
• alignment with multiple teams
• foster automation of existing processes

Required Qualifications

• knowledgeable in risk management methodology
• ability to break down NPV and NII measures into risk factors
• experience within ALM and/or Interest Rate Risk Management, IRRBB
• min. 2 years of experience in Finance (Bank or Insurance company)
• strong communicator who liaises with data teams, production teams, model developers and market risk managers
• team player, problem solver, and proactive learner
• enjoys working in an international team and environment

Preferred Extras

• familiarity with ALM software (e.g., QRM, Fusion Risk, OneSumX, Moodys Analytics)
• knowledge of banking book products (mortgages, savings, current accounts)
• experience with SQL and VBA
• IT affinity
• Master’s degree in econometrics, mathematics, economics, or similar quantitative study
• experience in Agile (Scrum) is preferred

English level - B2.

Information About The Squad

International project team of around 90 ALM specialists operating from Amsterdam (NL), Warsaw (PL) and Manila (PH). This position is based in Warsaw. We work in ALM project teams consisting of Market Risk Management, Tech Developers, ALM Data Experts, ALM Business Analysts, QRM Experts. The focus is building a “One Standard” ALM solution for ING. Development of this ALM platform is a strategic objective and new countries are onboarded progressively. You will be part of the TACT analyses squad within the ALM Team, responsible for orchestrating UATs, aligning Production environment with Acceptance environment, and analyzing risk figures PRE and POST change with respect to metrics such as NPV, NII, EVE, EC, and related processes.
