We are seeking a skilled ALM Business Analyst to join the Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) team. This role focuses on enabling the organisations software development ecosystem through a blend of solution architecture and enterprise architecture competencies. The position emphasises processes, governance, and lifecycle management, ensuring traceability, flow, and compliance across the full software lifecycle by connecting product and engineering, quality and security, and platform and operations domains.
responsibilities :
Domain Leadership and Roadmap: Contribute domain expertise to the ALM capability backlog, clarify requirements, decompose features and enablers for effective planning, and provide input related to architectural dependencies, risks, and enablers for the ALM roadmap.
Business Analysing: Elicit and synthesise software development lifecycle (SDLC) needs across teams; model current and future lifecycle processes including requirements, development, verification, release, and operations; define taxonomies and information models to support traceability across requirements, tests, risks, and releases; ensure governance to maintain compliance, auditability, and change management without impeding delivery; and define success metrics related to development flow, quality, and reliability.
Solution Architecture and Platform Design: Design reference architectures and integration patterns across ALM toolchain components such as work management, source control, CI/CD, testing, and release management; define guardrails, conventions, and standards for workflows, naming, permissions, environments, and branching; ensure interoperability with adjacent enterprise platforms; and review architectural changes for alignment with enterprise architecture principles.
Execution and Governance: Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and Product Owners across multiple teams; drive adoption of new processes and standards through pilots, templates, and enablement activities; manage stakeholders and vendor contributions related to ALM capabilities; and promote data-driven improvements using lifecycle metrics and dashboards.

Expertise in process modelling and lifecycle traceability.
Understanding of DevOps and DevSecOps practices along with lifecycle governance.
Experience working in scaled agile frameworks such as SAFe.
Familiarity with compliance, auditability, and governance in software delivery.
Strong stakeholder management skills across engineering teams and leadership.
