• Build, mentor and lead a high-performing Air Freight team, ensuring operational excellence and continuous capability growth.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with airlines, agents and strategic partners to secure competitive capacity and service levels.
• Develop and implement strategies for acquiring new clients and driving sustainable revenue growth.
• Lead commercial conversations and negotiations with key prospects, ensuring alignment with the company’s value proposition and strategic goals.
• Oversee budget execution, ensuring profitability, cost control and achievement of financial targets.
• Identify long-term market opportunities and translate them into strategic initiatives supporting the company’s growth agenda.
