Who we're looking for?

• Over 5 years of experience in event management and monitoring, specifically with AIOps platforms
• Proficient in Events, Metrics, and End-to-End monitoring tools in a distributed environment
• Experience with tools like Moogsoft AIOps, Grafana, Science Logic, Dynatrace, SevOne, and Elastic. VMware and Cloud experience is advantageous
• Strong customer focus and ability to work independently
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related field; Masters Degree preferred
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, and Bash
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
